Minimum: All prices are based on minimum of 35 passengers. All charters are modern, air conditioned, video equipped, washroom equipped motorcoaches. We also have air conditioned, air ride activity buses.

Availability: All tours are on a space available basis of the hotel, restaurant, attractions, suppliers, on the date requested.

Deposit and Final Payment: A deposit of 10% per person is required for us to reserve your space. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the commencement of the services. If we do not receive final payment by this date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Payment in full is required at time of booking for reservations made less than 30 days before departure. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your payment is not deemed made until it is received by Get Away Tours.

Cancellations and Cancellation Fees: Up to 30 days prior to departure ……… the deposit amount 15 to 29 days prior to departure … 50% of the total price within 14 days prior to departure ….. 100% of the total price

Cancellation: Day tours - Get Away Tours and Travel Inc. will issue a final invoice to you after your final confirmation of the number of passengers on the tour. Based on a minimum of 35 passengers. Certain tours, such as theatre packages will require a deposit & guaranteed number in advance to confirm your booking and you will be invoiced at that time.

Overnights: Will be subject to full penalties. We recommend that you purchase our optional Insurance

Insurance: Cancellation and medical insurance is available for all of our tours. We will be happy to give you a quote at the appropriate rate at the time of booking.

Visa & Mastercard Payment: We now accept Visa payments on all tours over $200 per person.

Alcohol & Tobacco: It is prohibited to smoke or consume alcoholic beverage on the motorcoach at all times.

Baggage: Maximum baggage allowance on motorcoach tours is one large suitcase per person. All hand luggage must be carried personally aboard the motorcoach. Although the Tour Director / Coach Driver supervise the transfer of luggage to and from the motorcoach and every effort is made to handle all luggage as carefully as possible, Get Away Tours cannot assume liability for loss, theft or damage.

Liability: Get Away Tours & Travel Inc. Acts only as an agent in arranging transportation, tour accommodation, attractions, meals, certain itineraries and components thereof and shall not be responsible of liable for any loss, injury or damage resulting from delays, substitutions or any act of omission, negligence or any other fault of the subagent, carrier, restaurant, hotel or tour operators or travel insurance suppliers providing this service.

Tax and Service Charges: Get Away Tours & Travel Inc. always includes local taxes and service charges on all tours. GST has been included to the price of all applicable tours. Gratuities: While all gratuities are included on local tours, the industry rate for driver and escort is $1.50 to 2.00 per day, per person

Prices: Prices quoted are based on information available at time of printing and are subject to any increases that may be imposed by the carrier, attraction, restaurant, tour or any other suppliers involved in the package. We will do our best to maintain prices quoted in this brochure.

Pick up/Drop: These are guidelines only. Our policy is to have the coach report to you 15 minutes before departure and back by a specified time. However, we cannot control circumstances such as traffic, weather, accidents, breakdowns, or any other occurrence which may delay the coach. If this does occur, please contact our office and we will endeavour to find out the reason for the delay. Please be patient!

American & Canadian Immigration: Get-Away Tours & Travel Inc. and Getaway Coach Lines are not responsible for any passengers who may be denied entry into the United States or re-entry into Canada. It is the resposibility of the group leader to advise each passenger that they must have the appropriate documents ready for presentation to the coach driver at boarding. Get-Away Tours & Travel Inc. and Getaway Coach Lines reserve the right to deny boarding to any passengers not in possession of the required documentation.
